Insurance Guidance

Our Insurance Guidance service helps families understand and maximize available insurance benefits to alleviate the financial burden of Alzheimer’s and dementia care. We navigate the complexities of Medicare, Medicaid, long-term care insurance, and supplemental policies, ensuring clients are aware of all potential coverage options and how to access them. We aim to reduce financial stress and empower families to focus on providing quality care for their loved ones.

This level provides a foundational understanding of what benefits are available and highlights any gaps in coverage. A written summary of findings is provided.

Benefit Analysis

A 60-minute in-depth review of all insurance policies, including a search for potentially overlooked benefits. We assist with understanding policy limitations, deductibles, and co-pays. This level includes a personalized report outlining coverage options, estimated out-of-pocket costs, and recommendations for maximizing benefits. We can also assist with initial claim filing questions.

Advocacy Support

Provides ongoing support with claim disputes, pre-authorization requests, and navigating complex insurance processes. We act as a liaison between the family and insurance providers, advocating for appropriate coverage and resolving issues promptly. Includes monthly check-ins and unlimited access to our insurance specialists for personalized guidance.
